We send students to Nursing Schools with which we have agreements in many states and cities of Germany.
There is no separate department for Nursing in German Universities. All students who want to become nurses, regardless of who they are, receive special Ausbildung training for Nursing after high school.
Ausbildung training is 3 years and most days of the week are spent as internships.
Students do internships in hospitals, clinics or nursing homes.
For example, while they receive theoretical training at school for 1 day of the week, they are in practice at internship centers for 4 days.
Since internships form the main backbone of the training, they receive a salary between 1000 and 1400 Euros per month during their 3-year training. This salary covers all their expenses. In addition, they do not need to receive support or work for their living.
After the 3-year Ausbildung training, they find a job with an average salary of 3000-3500 Euros.
Every student who completes Ausbildung training can work as a nurse either in Europe or in their own country.
Working conditions are not very difficult and are within humane standards.
Conditions Required for Nursing Ausbildung in Germany:
1. Having a B2 German Certificate,
2. Being at least a High School or Health Vocational High School Graduate is sufficient.
